Hungry? Drink some water!
When you get a craving for a snack during the day, try to remember the following

I have the following tip for anyone trying to lose or maintain weight: If y
ou feel hungry between planned meals, drink a glass of water and wait 20 minutes. If you still feel hungry, eat a small snack as you probably were hungry. If not, you were just dehydrated/thirsty.
Do you drink coffee or tea during the day? These have diuretic properties, and so you are likely often dehydrated and will have these feelings more often.
Of course there are many many reasons to drink more water, but I figured the change to lose weight by reducing calorie intake is a pretty good one to start with.
